When will my order be shipped?
Due to being a non for profit organisation, all of our packing hours will be outside of normal operation hours. We will endeavour to meet multiple times during the week to make sure all orders are processed as quickly as we are able and shipped out ASAP.
What are the payment options?
Payment can be made through PayPal or Credit Card through our website.
Will there be a Ball in 2023?
Absolutely!! We have already begun the process of organising everything for next year and are working towards who will be performing this year. Bring on 2023!!
Where will the proceeds from my purchase go?
All proceeds from our Merchandise go back into our community to help fund projects to better our region. Currently one of our Projects we are working with is the Cobram Community Park and Koonoomoo Recreation Reserve.
What is your sizing guide?
All our sizes are based off a standard generic sizing, with options ranging from Small to 5XL.
What happens if stock is Sold Out?
Is the item you want or your size sold out? We are very sorry but once stock is sold out, that is it. Make sure when you come to our next ball you jump on the Merch ASAP because it sells out fast!
